Joomailer

To get Joomailer up and running you need to install the Joomailer component com_joomailer using the Joomla! installer.

(Subscribe to the Joomailer beta subscription to get access to the latest version of Joomailer.)

While installing Joomailer you will have the choice of 'fresh install' or 'upgrade'. If you have had Joomailer installed before and wish to save your settings and the data which user has been added to a list before you should choose upgrade. Otherwise select the fresh installation.

After the installation process is finished you will be lead to this screen:

Click on Preferences to enter your account details:

Subdomain & Domain: When you signed up at Campaign Monitor you have chosen a Campaign Monitor site address, for example: my-company.createsend.com (Step 2 in the signup process http://signup.createsend.com/signup.aspx).
In this case 'my-company' would be the subdomain and 'createsend.com' would be the domain. (You can setup an alternative domain in the Campaign Monitor settings but in most cases this will be 'createsend.com').

Enter a username and password for this client and the areas they can access below.

Username & Password: When adding a client to your createsend account you have to check the box 'Give this client access to their account'. You will then be able to choose an Username and Password for this client account.

After you saved the preferences you have to refresh the page to get rid of the "Setup incomplete" message!
